Phoebe came to work for us as our family's first live-in nanny and stayed with us for 2.5yrs. She skillfully cared for my two daughters 1.5 years old and 10mths at the time she started with us. Though my daughters are fairly close in age, they have very different temperaments. Phoebe was able to understand their different needs and diligently tended to them.
