Early Childhood Educator in Burnaby, British Columbia

I am an excellent communicator and relationship builder which I have become over ten years as a kindergarten educator and facilitator in Iran, and over the past three years working with school age children in Canada. I value empowering children and families to build and develop the full potential of children and families in the community. My professional and volunteer experiences with children 5 to10 years old, make me a strong fit for this role. I worked with newcomer children as part of a women’s group program at Lochdale Elementary School and Morley Elementary School. I prepared learning activities including musical activities for a group of 2–5-year-old children with a colleague. The children were engaged, and their mothers were satisfied. While working at the Vancouver Art Gallery as a Customer Service Representative and Security Guard, I observed children’s art activities and programs, which sparked my ideas to create art activities suitable for kids at children’s classes. I have been trained and gained required knowledge and experience during the work with school age children in the past three years in Canada. However, the technology is developing so fast. It’s impossible to ignore the affection of that on all aspects of life and cultures. Education system and new generation needs are changed by new techniques. I am looking for an opportunity to study ECE and get a job in this field.
