Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

Dear Sir/Madam: I would like to apply as an early childhood assistant in Calgary, Alberta Canada. I am a registered nurse in New Zealand and Philippines. I came back here in Canada 2 months ago and now still looking for a job to help out our family financially. I am still on the process for my early childhood assistant certification on Alberta Human Resources. As stated in my resume, my experience is purely in the hospital. I do not have any background on taking care of the children but I believe that as a mother and an international RN I already have the knowledge and experience in child care. Along with my skills acquired in different healthcare facilities, I have the potential to perform extremely well and to maximize the care and comfort of the children. I am not RN here in Canada as I am not registered. As a nurse, I do have the passion of caring to people especially on kids, maintains the confidentiality of my patients and had experience in the planning and the implementation of their care. I know that it is different because I did it in the acute hospital setting but I believe that I have the edge to perform it well in your center. I worked as a RN in emergency in New Zealand. I did my basic life support earlier this year, unfortunate that I have lost my certificate. I can do it again here in Canada if necessary before the employment. I believe that my background and knowledge are enough to do the job well. I really hope you will give me an opportunity to work in your institution.
