Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

Hi, my name is Tanya. I am a graduate from Pharma-Medical Science College with a background in Early Childcare Assistant Diploma Program. I am seeking a full-time job in one of the childcare center. I do have a considerable amount of experiences working with children of all ages in the childcare center and at home. I have an understanding and use of ELECT, and most importantly how to guide children's behavior in a positive manner. I am a flexible person in regards to availability and job duties/responsibilities. My main goal upon meeting children is creating a kindly friendship with them. I define myself as being an organized team member. I am great with children and their parents/guardians.
