I\\\\\\\'ve worked in childcare for 10 years. I\\\\\\\'ve run a licensed dayhome, worked as a primary educator in large licensed centers with both toddler and preschool groups, I\\\\\\\'ve developed and taught a preschool program as well as done extensive work with children with special needs and challenges. I\\\\\\\'ve done a lot of one on one/support work with children with Down syndrome, autism, speech and developmental delays, behavioural and aggressive challenges.
