Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

I have finished my Diploma in Early Learning and Child Care in Red Deer College. And likewise, I have gained my local experiences here in Canada through working as a Practicum Student in various program settings here in Red Deer College and in other Red Deer City areas. In addition, I have worked as a voluntary teacher in ECE centres in Auckland,New Zealand as well. Based from my learning experiences fostering responsive and reciprocal relationships with the children in different programs are very important. A responsive child- teacher relationship involves respect for each other. Children should feel the genuine interest that the teachers show in all interactions they both initiate.Likewise,teachers should let the children experience positive interactions at all times by respecting children's views, opinions, beliefs, family orientation and backgrounds.
