Responsibilities: 1. Helping persisting children to to find solutions for their problems 2. Organise indoor and outdoor learning environment 3. Develop and deliver daily activities in the classroom 4. Monitor and do formative assessment of children's learning 5. Maintain a healthy social, emotional and physical learning 6. Guide the children, in which side the child is interested. 7. Provide materials and activities, that the child find engaging. 8. Listening to children, and interpret the words and actions if needed. Learned: 1.Good interpersonal communication skills , while working with children from diverse cultures 2. Behaviour management skills, while working with persistent children, and constantly helping them find solutions for the problems 3.
