I have planned and implemented age and developmentally appropriate activities based on the children's need and or interest in a safe, Health and fun filled environment. I have knowledge of the Highscope, Reggio, Play/Inquiry based Learning, and the Emergent Curriculum I have planned and implemented Individual Program Plans for children with Autism, Learning and Hearing/Speech Impaired. I have provided support to these children during routines/transition times and created an environment that is inclusive to all the children regardless of their intellectual, social, emotional or physical disability.
