Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have had the opportunity to work with children of a variety of different age groups. I am a qualified primary/junior teacher. My most recent experience was a placement in a full day kindergarten classroom for KPRDSB. I understand the developmental stage of young children and i have a passion for the Education profession. During my kindergarten placement i was able to work closely with an autistic student and his Educational Assistant. After spending some time with him and getting to know him i soon learned that he loves music, art and hands-on activities. After learning this information i planned various activities of interest for him. Although, he was only able to attend school on Wednesdays, i made sure he was included in every inquiry/focus we were conducting. It was a pleasure working with him!
