Early Childhood Educator in Milton, Ontario

I feel very passionately about the field of Early Childhood Education and am eager to become a working member in the ECE community. It is my commitment to always facilitate best practice and will pursue my future career with integrity and honestly. I plan to be mindful of not only my own actions and their consequences, but to also be mindful of the children in my care. I commit to providing warm and compassionate care within my work and hope to maximize on the children’s learning and development. After gaining knowledge throughout my studies as well as field placements, I will ensure a safe, fun, comfortable learning environment which will positively influence the children and will amplify their growth. I truly feel that we need to respect children in order for them to respect and trust us in return and with patience and kindness I feel every child has the opportunity to shine. At my last placement I had spent a few days in the room next door and was introduced to a bright child that was suspected to have autism who taught me patience and understanding to his unique world.
