I love educating children. Due to my friendly behavior and interesting education activities children have always been loving to me. To indulge the children towards learning I perform as below: andamp;#61656; Preparation and implementation of Montessori (pre-school) syllabus using illustrations to teach alphabet recognition and daily activities schedule; andamp;#61656; Teaching and reciting of nursery stories, rhymes, songs and verses in English as well as Urdu; andamp;#61656; Developing and imparting counting and numerical skills with the help of abacus and other objects; andamp;#61656; Observing nature of the pupils individually to guide their eating and toilet habits and proper dressing/wearing and to impart training in life skills and sensory exercises; andamp;#61656; Motivating children to prepare presentations of their respective interests and providing aid for their training; andamp;#61656; Teaching and developing pre-school creative skills, using crafts materials, instruments and developing their interests through media, play drama, songs etc. andamp;#61656; To supervise children playtime activities and arranging outings to amusement points and parks; andamp;#61656; To monitor skills development, abilities and disabilities of children and to discuss the progress or behavioral problems with colleagues and parents in the Parents Meetings; andamp;#61656; Participation and presentation of the institution in various workshops and training programs on early childhood education. In achieving the above objectives I always have been friendly with the children and they always enjoyed any activity which I designed especially for their betterment. I have always enjoyed in dealing children with special needs having developmental delays or mild learning disabilities. I am proud that I had always been successful in overcoming the challenges with such children.
