Early Childhood Educator in Edmonton, Alberta

I am looking for a part-time child care job in which I can further my interest and utilize my educational skills and previous experience. I am sending my resume for your review. The following is an introduction to my experience. As a new immigrant to Canada in 2010, I started my career as a customer service provider. In September 2012 after obtaining my ‘Child Development Supervisor’ certificate (currently Early Childhood Educator Level 3), I started working in child care facilities. I have worked with the children of all age group (0-12 years), in a multicultural environment. I have provided respite care also while running an accredited day home. I have gained lots of knowledge and valuable experience while working with the educated and experienced staff in the day care as well as out of school care center. In October 2021, I joined Edmonton Catholic School Division as an Educational Assistant. My job is to meet the varied needs of students that include academic and behavioral support and occupational assistance as well to students with autism. As a responsible citizen, I provide my services to the community while volunteering in my community language (Gurmukhi/Punjabi) school that in turn gives me more opportunities to grow professionally and socially.
