Early Childhood Educator in Langford, British Columbia

I have a level 3 diploma in early years education along with a level 2 in understanding autism and understanding behaviour that challenges. I have a paediatric first aid certificate including CPR. Currently i am working towards my degree for primary teaching. I am able to prioritise my own workload and work as an effective part of a team. I work with children on a 1:1 basis for those with special educational needs. I provide observations and reports on each child and work out next steps in accordance with the early years framework. I like to implement new ideas for children to get involved. I also provide feedback to parents and create a great rapport with them so we can work in partnership to get the best out of their child(ren). I am looking for a post with diversity, a sense of a tight working relationship with other staff members so we can work harmoniously and somewhere that offers continual training so i can develop my knowledge further and better. I am looking to work within the Cowichan district.
