Over the years' of my experiences ensure the environment I provide for kids at a center is safe, creative, inclusive, learning, playful and progressive. I would provide following services. -Handle all age group children efficiently. -Create and conduct provocations as per children need, interest and ability. -Organize and lead activities to support children’s physical, mental, and social development. -Create an inclusive learning environment. -Establish a safe indoor-outdoor playful environment. -Engage children in both literacy and open-ended activities. -Run classroom environment with positive reinforcement techniques. -Observe children closely and encourage them to possess good behaviors and social skills. -Develop emergent curriculum planning, portfolio and documentation based on children interest and development. -Demonstrate time management and healthy relationship with co-workers and management team. -Inform children’s activities and progress to their guardians. -Work in a team or individual under pressure. I am looking for a Childcare Center where I can contribute my knowledge and experiences to keep it fully running with top standard. I would also expect to have positive vibe and learn something to grow up myself.
