Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

I have been a team leader, a supervisor, float of a kindergarten, preschool and school-age program. I was in charge program planning, health and safety, wellness, guidance, team building, updating files, food (snack and lunch preparation) and much more. I drove a school bus for disabled children for Eight years. Duties included securing wheelchairs appropriately, behaviour management, positive reinforcement and relationships, route coordinating, customer service and so much more. I have 17 years of experience working in many different settings and facilities. I am very flexible in what I can do. I also have a child of my own who will be 26 soon and is now studying to be a child and youth worker. I am looking to work full time or more with (my ideal position) preschool children/kindergarten children.
