Early Childhood Educator in Ottawa, Ontario

I have experience working with kids since I was studying in the university in my home country in Peru.I taught English to kids and helped them with homework. I started working as a Nanny in Canada since 2010 and then with many different families. I had great experiences working with them. I can say that the most important thing is to have good communication with the families in order to help nurture the kid's environment and the development of them. Being creative and patient is also important when you work with kids especially when they are very young. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity of taking care kids with special needs.
