I worked with all of the students in many different capacities as well as supervision, one-on-one and small group instruction and assessment. \r\nI assisted the teaching staff with the development of themes, lessons and activities for different age groups. \r\nI collaborated with and assisted immigrant parents navigate Canadian culture and understand the expectations of our school system.\r\nI took initiative to develop and to teach a French program \r\nI developed caring relationship with students I was assigned the responsibility of caring for and managing the learning of a boy with autism,learning and behavioral challenges. \r\n\r\nHe developed trust in me and made tremendous progress during the year.
