Early Childhood Educator in Ajax, Ontario

To facilitate and support learning, by: i. Engaging with the Homeroom Teacher in the planning, preparation and delivery of engaging, dynamic and appropriate learning experiences. ii. Interacting with and supervising individuals, small groups and the whole class as needed. iii. Giving feedback to the Homeroom Teacher based on observations of students in and outside of the classroom. iv. Creating an atmosphere of security, trust and care within the classroom while encouraging students to take intellectual risks and demonstrate enquiring minds. v. Actively promoting and supporting appropriate learning behaviours. I am looking for a friendly job environment where children's development is fostered.
