Early Childhood Educator in Nanaimo, British Columbia

I have been taking Early Childhood Education Program at Vancouver Island University. During this training, I became familiar with some child developmental centers in Nanaimo that work together to provide services to children and families. In addition, I have been doing my practicum in a local daycare, learning how to observe children’s behavior and their progress, analyzing physical and mental development, and I have had practice communicating with families. Over the past years, I have held a variety of jobs that have given me a diverse range of skills and experiences that will transfer seamlessly to this position. I worked in sales and service in Bejing for seven years. I used to work as an English kindergarten teacher in Beijing, China for about 2 years. I am a mom with a 7-year-old boy.
