Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

In the past, I have been an early intervention assistant at an early intervention program. I then worked as an early childhood assistant at Baycrest Child Care Centre where I worked with 1.5 to 9-year-olds. I obtained my diploma in Early Childhood Education at George Brown College where I graduated on the Dean's Honour Roll and then became a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I am currently working at Ferncliff Daycare in Toronto, and in my 4th year of my undergrad in Early Childhood Studies at the University of Guelph-Humber. I have also volunteered at organizations such as St. Robert's Elementary, Behaviour Matters, and more recently Hospital for Sick Children where I volunteered in the NICU (unfortunately, I have not volunteered there since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic). I love working with children, their family, and the community, and I believe that the outdoors is a great teacher. I am passionate about drawing, sewing, baking, and social justice.
