my name is Mahsa Naghibzadeh and I have over 10 years’ experience in early years education. I hold the CACHE Level 3 diploma in early year’s education from UK and Nursery instructors Knowledge & Skills Upgrading Course from University Of Welfare & Rehabilitation Sciences in Iran. Having worked in different international nurseries in United Arab Emirates/ Dubai and Iran/ Tehran, for over ten years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would meet, and exceed the expectations for the role. In my previous role as a FS1 teacher in Wonder year’s nursery, I have been recognized as one of the best teachers with ability to supervise and organize the nursery in the absence of the management. I can also proudly consider my children as the most successful students whom easily passed the entrance test for FS2 in different schools in UAE. I believe that my best teaching strength is my ability to understand each child unique requirement and building a good relationship with trust with parents. My class has always benefits from the artistic decorations for the role play area, Montessori and sensory activities according to the topic. I focus on children’s needs for the planning and having a dynamic and happy environment.
