I found out that Toddler are explorers, once they are mobile the want to touch and play with every thing around them, as they are very active, they need lots of attention and lots of new thing to explore every day all the time. Special needs children sometimes don't want to interact at all at first place and gradually they interact with the caregiver or teacher. They learn on their pace, some day we can consider very very slow day for. Some children are mute and others are very loud. Depending upon their severity a teacher has to work with them.
