Hi there, My name is Stefanie and I'm energetic, nurturing, innovative and professional Early Childhood Assistant looking for stable work in a child care center. I'm dedicated and passionate towards working with diverse children/families and providing quality care and education. I'm currently studying ECE online through a ministry approved distance education program. I'm able to implement creative and stimulating activities that considers children's developmental needs in each domain. I'm dedicated towards educating young, eager minds and helping children build important life skills, social skills, a positive self esteem ect. I believe that learning and play go hand in hand and that children are the leaders in learning. I'm able to follow children's cues, explore their interests and allow them to choose what they want to learn and know about and use that knowledge to create activities they'll be excited for and engaged in.
