I hired and trained faculty, hosted prospect parents and dealt with all families concerning their children\'s development, planned events and field trips; used to write and revise children´s reports, hold meetings with teachers on a weekly basis to train and assign tasks, revise their class plans, observe classes and give feedback for improvement; \r\nI was also in charge of the budget for Preschool and developing activities to implement on the Program (ages 1-5); Teach 1-5 y.o. children, have a group of my own as a Head Teacher; Keep in contact with speech therapists and psychologists to improve children\'s development in all areas: language, social, cognitive, emotional and physical; I was in charge of preparing School Calendar and all official documents; I guided teachers in all subjects related to children\'s portfolios and diaries among other daily tasks; Planned and implemented a variety of activities, games, crafts and outings with the children and homework club; Guided the lead childcare worker with planning and implementing of activities throughout the school year; Promoted healthy development of individuals and to ensure safe and healthy interactions between the children, their peers, adults and their environment. This includes supervising the children on and off the program sites; Trained on preschool/Elementary School routine: circle time, story time, hygiene (hand washing/ diapering) and diseases prevention; I do not have experience with children with Special Needs, except for down syndrome.
