Early Childhood Educator in North York, Ontario

My experience with children so far has been very rewarding. I feel that as educators we should do our best to support them in their morals as well as their early stages of development. Through my own experiences, I feel that I have facilitated this as well as meet the requirements needed for curriculum. Through my most recent placement of my ECE, I was placed in a L.I. (Language impairment) class. I worked based on the individual needs of each child. Our class was composed of autistic, delayed and dyslexic children, respectively. My most rewarding experience was finding ways to teach them through the methods they enjoyed and seeing the joy at accomplishing a task. I understand the complexities of special needs and do my very best to ensure that each child feels welcomed and included.
