Early Childhood Educator in Tillsonburg, Ontario

In high school, I took a parenting class, which is what initially sparked my interest in working with children. I then began my college course in Early Childhood Education, where I have had 4 placements in different childcare centres, each in a different age group. I have also had some personal experience with babysitting the children of friends, as well as caring for my two Godsons. I have not had any job experience in working with children with special needs, however, there is a boy with downs syndrome in my family, as well as peers who I grew up with. I do not have any paid experiences, but I have had friendships with individuals with special needs.
