Early Childhood Educator in Simcoe, Ontario

Warm greetings lovely families! My name is Anca-- I am a patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic Ontario certified teacher seeking a part-time position as a nanny. I have over 6 years experience working and volunteering with kids from the ages of 9 months to 13 years, in educational and home settings. Your child's well-being is of utmost importance to me--in order for children to flourish and grow healthily they must be supported emotionally; physically and nutritionally; and mentally. In my 6 years of working with toddlers I have have facilitated learning opportunities through play, crafts, outings in nature, and community outings (the library is one of my favourite spots). I have traveled with a family in order to care for the children on their vacation, and I've been in charge of picking children up from their schools and homes and dropping them off at their schools, homes, or extracurricular activities and therapy sessions. I have experience preparing snacks, breakfasts, and lunches for children. I am currently working as an English teacher online weekday mornings until approximately 9am EST, but am available to start nannying fulltime with three weeks notice.
