I have found that working with children opens up my own curiosity to explore. Children see the world with no preconceived notions, and therefore are open to new ideas and growth. They have constantly made me re think what I thought I knew about the world.
I have worked with EIBI to help formulate IPP plans for children to make their care experience a rewarding one. I recieved an award from the Autism society for work I have done with children who fall under the Autism Spectrum. No child should miss out on quality care and experiences due to having exceptional needs!
